I have always had great teeth but, after having a baby I noticed that my gums bleed after I brush?

I also have a lot of sensitivity. Not sure how all this happened please help.

During pregnancy there is excessive hormone secretion ,leading to increased inflammation of gums
But as baby is born ,things get normal.
But if you still have the problem consult your dentist for through oral prohylaxis of your dentition
