Bleeding around abutments

I have my implants unveiled Thursday and it is Saturday and my mouth is still throbbing and bleeding. Should I be concerned?

Those symptoms could be indicative of an infection. I would advise you go back to your placing doctor and get immediate attention for those symptoms before proceeding with implant restoration.
