Can the abutments be unscrewed to adjust to proper height

by O Chapa

I just had 4 abutments installed on my lower front jaw for new denture that I will be fitted for next week, My question is - can the abutments be unscrewed to adjust to proper height? Two of the abutments have been inbedded so deep that very little of the abutment is exposed compared to the other two and I'm afraid they won't serve their purpose.

I'm not due to my dentist office for another two weeks.

Abutments height can be adjusted

This all depends on your dentist expertise. Companies have long and short abutments, so all this depends on your dentist case planning . If you can post on this website pics or x-rays we will try to guide you better.
