Can they be cemented back in?

I hope you have an response to my urgent question. I was eating a caramel and three of my implants got stuck on the caramel and came out. Can they be cemented back in.
Anxiously awaiting your response.

Hi Kitty,

As long as your implant post did not come out and it was just the top part (the tooth colored "crown) then it should not be a problem to re-cement them back onto the abutment in your mouth. You will need to see your dentist for this procedure, please do not use any over the counter products. Good luck!
