I had all my lower teeth extracted a few months back and the dentist made dentures for me.Inspite of adjustments and even lining they have not fitted and are very loose (they keep on coming off while even talking, food particles go under the dentures making it necessary to clean them before restarting eating).

The dentist advised implanting.Before that an x-ray and a C-T scan was done The latter showed that the jaw bones at both ends are very low.The dentist thus feels that it may not be possible to have more than 2 implants.This he says will make the dentures stable but food will still go under.What can possibly done?
