COVER SCREW

I had an implant 3 months ago but the cover screw fell out two time and the dentist put a 3rd cover screw, is that bad sign.

My cover screw fell out heaps of times

The first time I swallowed it and got a new one, then the top would become loose, I became an expert and screwing it back in, had no problems whatsoever, and it was fine when it came to put the tooth on.
