Is it in case of implant of tooth it is cemented temporarily by implant cement and not permanently. Is this right method?

I'm sorry but i do not understand your question.
Are you asking if a dental implant can be temporarily in the jaw, or if you can have the crown (fake tooth) be secured temporarily?
