Please ask your dentist what could be the reason ,he or she can do it again with a new one ,old one is of no use for you with little discount a new implant can be given,it is up to the dentist

Oops! Went to the dentist today and he said it is NOT a dental implant, it's a crown tooth with post! He just cemented it back in = £50. Phew!!
