Dental Implant cause other teeth to become crooked

Dental Implant cause other teeth to become crooked:

Close to 5 years ago I had three upper back teeth removed and implants put in. This consist of bone grafting, sinus lift and only 2 screws put in. Other than the gum is high in that area from going in and removing bone shards that kept coming down thru my gums after the implant I have had not too many problems.

What I have noticed is that my front teeth on my left side are really getting crooked. Mentioned it to my dentist and he says it is just my age, but my friends and family members are not having that problem with crooked teeth and it is only on the side of my implants. Could this be a problem from the implants and if so, what can I do about it?

Problems with adjacent tooth two years after dental implant

by Anne
(California)

Problems with adjacent tooth two years after dental implant-

I had a dental implant placed into tooth #4, in 2009. After the tooth had cracked years earlier, a crown was placed, but subsequently extension of the crack required root canal (which failed)and eventual extraction.

The dental implant required several surgical procedures, including bone graft. Now, one year after the implant, the adjacent tooth (no cavities or fillings or previous damage to this tooth) #3, has a large crack. The dentist is recommending another implant, rather than attempting to save the tooth with another root canal/crown, because he believes that further extension of the crack with infection will ultimately occur again.

I can accept the reality that I now require another implant, to avoid the prolonged, and likely unsuccessful, attempt to save another tooth. However I am wondering if the initial implant is responsible for the adjacent tooth now cracking. Is it possible that the rigid implant caused more stress to be placed upon the undamaged adjacent tooth, so that it eventually also cracked?

Please let me know if I am just being paranoid, or if this is a possibility. Am I setting myself up for getting even more cracked teeth by having another implant placed?

Can an implant cause another tooth to need a root canal

Can an implant cause another tooth to need a root canal?
I had an implant on a tooth on my lower left side.A molar.I went to my dentist before.Had x-rays done.He said I needed a cavity filled + a crown on a front tooth.Nothing about a root canal.

Went to the implantologist,he took x-rays had a consultation and said he could do the implant.Said nothing about a root canal.Had the procedure done. His assistant said 2 times she lost her mark("whatever that means").He took an x-ray during and then after he had finished.

He said everything went perfect, but I would need to go back to my dentist to take care of that root canal.I said Root Canal? He said yes,I thought I told you.He did not and neither had my dentist said anything about this.I have an appointment on Wed July 7,2010.

Should I go or should I go to a lawyer or another implantologist.I just want to make sure I do what is right and protect myself. My dentist said he would talk to him and call me but did not.
Please advise.Trying to fix my mouth and keep what I have left. This is not cool.
Thanks

Implant not line up with the upper teeth?

I just got two implants next to each other 4 months ago.
I went to my detist for the check up, and he told me that it's impossible for him to do the two individual crowns or anything, since the implants were place in between teeth, and not line up to the upper teeths.

What would be the best correction for my two implants please.
