Dental Implants Falling Out

Dental implants falling out!
My dentist pulled out lower 5 front teeth on December 15, 2009 due to gum disease and gave me a lower partial denture that has 5 front teeth. On January 15th,2010 he put in 3 dental implants to hold the partials down.

Dentist said that my bones were so hard that he was having problems getting implants into bone. He asked me if I drink a lot of milk. I told him yes.

On February 7th, 2010 I had a first implant come out and the next day had another implant come out. He put me on penicillin to help heal my gums.

What can cause this? Did the dentist do something wrong? What needs to be done to fix this? Please give me some input. I need to know if I can trust this dentist. I have already paid him up front for everything.

TOUGH TO DECIDE
by: Dr Farhan Durrani

THE REASON FOR IMPLANT FAILURE COULD BE ANYTHING FROM BONE HEATING DUE TO HARD BONE DRILLING ,OR DUE TO IMPROPER TREATMENT PLANNING OR YOUR BONE JUST REJECTED THE IMPLANTS,
SO IT IS TOUGH TO DECIDE WHOSE FAULT BUT AS GOOD JESTURE YOUR DENTIST SHOULD COMPENSATE FOR THIS ,IT IS MY VIEW ,GENERALLY I DO IT

Leave a broken implant in?
by: Sharon

My dentist is talking about putting one implant back in. That way I will have 2 implants holding my partial down. At this point he has taken the o-ring off the still good implant so it is not cliped to my partial. He has already broke one implant off in my bone. He left the broken one still in. Is it O.K to leave the broken one still in or should it be taken out also? If you were me would you try another implant?

Which is better placing as implant immediately after extraction (a dead tooth to be removed)
or later if so when.
