Do you know how the denture is secured?

There are a variety of attachments that can be used to secure a denture to implants. The common types are ERA Attachments, Locators, and ball attachments. Each of them has an option to choose the level of retention. Perhaps the current level of retention is too loose, meaning the plastic part that is within the denture is not gripping the opposing metal part that is screwed into the implant. If that is the case your doctor should be able to switch out that part to make it more retentive. If you have another method, like a bar, these can also be set at a level of retention that is comfortable for you.

I assume your doctor tested this when you first got the denture and it seemed fine at the time but now once you are actually using the denture you are discovering that it is too loose. I would suggest that you contact your dentist for assistance.
