Endosteal implant front tooth question

My dentist broke my front tooth when doing root canal five years back. He screwed in a metal pin to hold the fake tooth. Now I can feel the fake tooth is loose. What would you advise me to do? Thank you very much for your help.

Crown of tooth moving

Is the crown of tooth moving or the whole teeth moving? Anyway i advise to attach an x-ray with the question. Please get your tooth removed and go for immediate implant ,
Or get crown removed and get parapost post and core with rct and crown.
Again - I need an x-ray to be able to help more.
