Failed second implant attempt

I had a sinus lift on #14 , then an implant that failed. The oral surgeon tried a second implant, and that failed. He does not want to try a third. Two other implants at #12 and #13 did work. Any suggestions for 14?

please wait for a year ,let bone grow properly,
ask your dentist to give you cast partial denture for some time

DENTAL IMPLANT FAILED

I have just got implant at upper location 14,5 and 3 .After 3 months 2 implants have failed 14 and 5,i spit 5 out in my hand.
