Free Dental Implants ???

Did you say " free dental implants " ? - I'm sorry for being the one bringing the bad news to you- but : there's no such thing as free implants. I know you had hoped there was - but, unfortunately it's only an advertising teaser.

Sadly they're not even covered by insurance (as discussed in my insurance section) because they are considered - a cosmetic surgery.

But actually it's unfair to say there is nothing free in dental implants, because today many dentists offer free d-implants consultation! Consultations for new customers who are considering dental implants.
