This is a live video showing extraction of a tooth, placement and immediate loading of a dental implant(performed by Dr. Jadad and Dr. Gallo).

The stages shown in the video include:

• Introducing a local anesthesia to the site
• Extraction of the tooth.
• Drilling the osteotomy (hole) and preparing the site for the insertion of the implant.
• Adding bone graft material to help increase initial stability
• Insertion of the implant using a motor and then a wrench into final depth
• Removal of the fixture mount (Blue).
• Preparation of abutment and temporary crown.
• Loading the implant
