Implant is exposed while waiting for bone to fuse to it?

Is it normal that the Implant is exposed while waiting for bone to fuse to it? It's showing through the gum tissue. It's been hidden for 5 months and now is showing through.
Haven't had crown put on yet.

Is that normal?

It is very normal for a portion of the implant to show while healing is occurring. You may or may not have a portion of the post showing above the gum tissue. When posts are completely covered by gum tissue your implant specialist will go in and surgically uncover these in order to place the abutment and crown. If it is in an area where bone tissue is less dense, you may see tinting through the gum tissue against the implant. Neither of these are anything to be concerned with as long as there is no sign of infection and you are following post operative instructions exactly.

YES IT IS VERY NORMAL FOR IMPLANT TO SHOW DURING HEALING PERIOD ,COULD BE BECAUSE OF LESS KERATANIZED GINGIIVA OR SUTURE OPENING ,IF NO INFECTION ,DONT WORRY
