Implant or bridge which one is the better option?

I lost 4 upper teeth and I did implants for that. In my lower jaw 3 teeth are missing and bone is also missing in that area. i'm planning to place bridge in lower jaw area in order to avoid bone grafting. What is your suggestion? is this a good option or not?

Implants vs. Bridge

Hi Cijoy,

As you already mentioned, you would need to have bone grafts placed before the implants. If you are really wanting to avoid bone grafts at all costs, then a bridge is your only choice. To place a bridge though, you are wearing down the adjacent teeth in order for them to be used as part of the bridge. Bridges are also difficult to clean around. Implants are the most "natural" like replacement when it comes to what is most like our original teeth.
