Implant screw will not come out:
I have an unsuccessful cement-retained single crown on the implant. It was concluded that the cement-retained crown construction must be changed after numerous crown looses. So it was decided to replace with a screw-retained crown construction.

When trying to unscrew the abutment the more complicated problem has occurred. The screw slot externally looks undamaged and a screwdriver fits well, but even after applying some force the screw does move and accordingly is does not come out. Could you advise what to do?
