I had an implant fitted last March, I was advised I would have a temporary crown for one month, howevever, initially the dentist was not happy with my gum line so adjustments were made and after 3 months it was obvious that there was movement and I had to have a bone augamentation.
After this I still had the temporary crown , which was not attractive. The artificial bone augementation did help, however there was still movement.
My dentist decided that I was ready for the new tooth approx May this year. Initially I was very relieved, but this weekend the implant slipped down. My dentist says this can happen and just needs banging back in place.
Is this correct?
Please advise me.
