Little piece of bone sticking out of my gums...

I got an implant over a year ago and all of sudden there is a little piece of white bone or what looks like bone sticking down from my gums where the implant is.

please show it to implant specialist,because bone can never stick out without any complaint,or any symptoms.

It would be better if you can send me the pictures that way I can try and give a better answer...
