Loose Implant

This is all so confusing. Hopefully I can explain this to where somebody can understand.

I have a dental implant on the upper part of my teeth it's the first molar on my left side next to my eye tooth. That's where the post is for the implant. So the bridge has 2 teeth in which one is attached to the implant. It's loose and feels like it could come right off.

I went to my Dentist today so he could check it out. He took an x-ray and said it looked ok. He mentioned that with my bite it might be hitting teeth below which might be why it's loose and told me to come back in 2 weeks and see if it is still loose.

He shaved some of the teeth so that the implant wouldn't be hitting the teeth below and did some pulling and yanking. A little while later the implant seemed to be looser then it was before.

Could this possibly fall out. I'd hate for it to fall out while I'm asleep.

Could the implant fail even though it's been in there for months? Being that it's Saturday night should I make an emergency visit or could it wait until Monday? Maybe I should go to somebody else since he worked me in on Friday, and took an xray saying it looked fine, but told me to leave it in for 2 weeks to see if it tightens back up.
