Mini Implants, Traditional Implants or None?

Hi,

I had my third wisdom tooth from the back removed and now I'm trying to figure out what to do next.

1. What will happen to my teeth if I don't get an implant?

2. Which implant is better? Mini or traditional? Is one sturdier than the other?

3. How long will the implant last? Will a mini implant last as long as a traditional?
