Mini Implants

by Katrina

I’ve been told by my dentist that my jaw bone is not "dense" enough. Is this a problem with Mini Dental Implants? Will a dentist be able to get a rock solid resistance state in such a situation?

Mini Implants

Mini implants are basically used for overdenture in anterior mandible ,if your bone is not dense ,your dentist can use implants with hydroxyapatite coating and wait for nine months in mandible and one year in maxilla after drilling.,
Minimum diameter for successful implant restoration should be more than 3.3mm ? however Mini implants are less than this!!
