My crown tooth came off the implant abutment

How do I cement it back temporarily? It is a lower molar tooth.

Take the crown to a dentist

Please take the crown to a dentist ,you cannot attach it yourself. There are special cements for this purpose.

I have had left lower implants for about one year. Both artificial teeth have come off the abutment. One has fallen off 5 or six times. Is this Unusual? Should I be asking these questions to my dentits? What questions should I ask?
