My front tooth has fallen out

I am a 45 year old college teacher, female in good health, my teeth have been giving me trouble lately though.My front tooth has fallen out and my dentist has giving me a temporary tooth which is now wobbly, I cannot chew properly, I am scared and very worried it falls out while at work or socializing.

I would like to have a tooth implant!
My questions are:
Are implants durable? Do they stay fixed? Can I chew properly? will they wobble or move? I am going out of my mind at the thought of being toothless!!

yes you should go for an implant ,they are the right choice for teeth replacements:you can chew ,they are very durable.
Consult an experienced implant dentist a periodontist or periodontist
