I have been using 3I and Nobel for the last 3 years and I'm very impressed with the new Nobel Active design. I would like to hear some opinions from experienced users who are currently using them.

An alfa bio implant, was made by Dr Offir Promovitz:
A G.P from Israel who made terrific deal with Nobel biocare (got $95 Million for his company).
It's a very good implant that can be used for immediate loading, in the wrong hands the implant can be too aggressive.
