Post might poke through the floor of the sinus cavity

I need an upper implant. The dentist said that the post might poke through the floor of the sinus cavity. This concerns me. I have no sinus problems now and wonder if there are future difficulties with this type of implant.

As your dentist said ,implant might poke through sinus it means due to long period of missing teeth the floor of sinus has come down ,it comes down naturally it is a physiological process ,so putting an implant in that area might lead to complications - so get a sinus lift before getting implants
