Posts I had implanted were placed too close together

I found out that the two posts I had implanted were placed too close together requiring the Crowns to be adhered together to prevent cracking.
Can I have the posts removed to do this correctly? If yes will the holes fill in naturally or do I need to have another bone graft done?

Moving implants

Most likely the crowns were cemented together to create stability. Sometimes when there is not much support for one tooth a dentist or lab will recommend having adjacent teeth fixed to the others, so that they help share the biting load or pressure when you eat.

If the bone and implant wasn't strong enough to carry the force of just one crown, then moving the implant to another area of the mouth will not correct the problem. You may just not have enough bone in your mouth. Grafts can help some, but are not an instant fix.
