Problems with a dental implant

I have had 2 dental implants. I am in the process of changing dentist and want to better educate myself on the dental implant process.

From my records and x-rays, it looks like one of the implants was put in at an angle. Could this cause problems?

How much angulation : more than 10 degree is problem but slight is okay
