Prosthesis was moving up and down on my implants

I had 8 implants placed in my lower jaw and 10 months later my dentist placed my cemented prosthesis to my implants.
Almost immediately I had pain in the left side of my jaw.

3 weeks later my lower prosthesis was moving up and down on my implants.I went back to the dentist and he removed my prosthesis along with 3 teeth still attached to my prosthesis.

My 5 remaining implants all had about1 mm of bone loss or more . The dentist modified my old denture to fit on my remaining implants.Then 3 weeks later another implant has fallen out.

What can I do now?What may have caused it?

Occlusion

Please ask your dentist to verify with the lab from where the prosthesis were made - There should be proper checking of the occlusion. Get all your crowns removed or ask your dentist to collaborate with his lab and get occlusion of all teeth evaluated otherwise all your implants might fail
