Put the implant in immediately

I have a dead tooth in the upper right just behind the canine tooth.
my questions: is it better to remove the tooth and wait for it to heal or have the tooth removed and then put the implant in immediately?

Yes you can place implants immediately if you don?t have any infection in the site of the tooth which needs to be pulled out.
