Same Day Dental Implants

My question is regarding to - Same Day Dental Implants.
My dentist has arranged me to do the extraction for my upper teeth, bone grafting, and dental implants. but after the extraction, the financial crisis hit and I cannot afford to continue the treatment.

Instead I have to wear the denture for almost two years. everyday is a stressful day for me. I think I did a big mistake to follow my dentists advise.

I have read an ad for the implant shortcut which promise all can be done in one day, in most cases don't need bone grafting at all. Since the procedure is pretty new I would like to know if there is anyone that has any experience or advise about it.
