Screw just came out

Two months ago, I had an implant screw inserted in my gum. Doctor told me that the implant crown will be done after sixteen weeks to make sure my body does not reject it. Well, the screw just came out on its own. What do I do now?

you cannot do anything just return the implant to your dentist he might do the replacement
