Screwing too tight

I had 2 implants ( 5&7 ) on my left lower jaw. Because of my dense jaw bone my doctor needed to tight the last 1 mm manually . for the first week I had some inflammation and pain in my left jaw.
Now after 3 weeks I still feel a little pain with small inflammation there .
Should I be worried or this is natural
My Dr says this will go away shortly

Just ask your doctor to take an iopa x-ray to confirm the position of implant,
hope all okay , to be on safer side,3 weeks is too much time for pain to continue ,check your gums around implant too
