Hi,
I had lost my 2 front teeth in 2001. My age is 24. Should i go for dental implant? I had fear of surgery, is it safe ?

I have 4 implants

Definitely go for implants.The sedation given during the process means no pain at all and no recall of the actual events!
Nothing beats your own teeth of course but this is the very next best option.
Look after them too.
