Skin swollen around the implant

I had two teeth pulled yesterday and implants put in. One of them has swollen so much, I can not see the implant. Do I need to get in contact with my dentist immediately? Or, can I wait until Monday? Today is Saturday.

Hope you got to your dentist ok. Anytime anything looks like it's showing severe signs of infection you should always contact your dentist immediately. Infections can be minor, or they can be severe enough to infect other parts of your body.
