I had 2 implants on the left upper gums. I have been smelling a little smell of iron in my nose. What is this? Is it normal?

Dental implants don?t have any smell.
please evaluate with any E.N.T specialist
Should not dismiss metallic smell

You could be allergic to the implants. I am allergic to metal and I am sensitive to what seems to be a metallic "smell" but I think it is the allergen warning.
