Speech and chewing after implants

I had 4 implants to hold lower dentures in. I now have discomfort, slutted speech and can barely chew my food. Ihave been to doctors, oral surgeons,neurologists and no one can give me an answer.
Can implants cause this?
I need an answer soon. I feel there is an answer to this but cannot find any help.

Get the denture adjusted

Get the denture adjusted ,that could be the problem.

The abutments and crowns are probably going inward too much

have ur dentures checked or re-done. usually wrong dentures can fail implant treatment..
