Temporary Implant tooth falls out

The permanent replacement implant tooth (incisor) didn't fit so my dentist made an acrylic to put on the post temporarily until the permanent one could be finished.

Well, the Temporary Implant tooth falls out. Is it safe to go to the drugstore, get some crown cement and put it back on the post myself?
