How long after having a tooth removed is it ideal to start the process of dental implant?

At least 6 months on an upper and 3-4 months on a lower.

You got to wait at least 4 weeks - but in the aesthetic zone replacement can be immediately as long as bone is good around the socket. Please try to post the x ray and I will try to guide you better for timing of placement of implant ,(new concept says to place implant when clot is maturing)
