Upper implant just fell out after eating a pretzel!

I have upper and lower implants (full set) and the front tooth on my upper implant just fell out after eating a pretzel! I have the tooth and will see my dentist hopefully tomorrow. How will it be repaired?

I have my temporary implants from when I had my teeth removed so I am sure the dentist will put these back in temporarily until my other implant is ready. Will this cost much? I am freaking out!!!

No fear

If you only had a temporary crown (the part that is affixed to the top of an implant) fall off, then don't worry. Most likely there is nothing wrong other than the fact that it IS a temporary that was cemented on with temporary cement! It is not made to last forever, because if it was then the dentist would never be able to get it off when it was time to put on your permanent crown.

Most likely you're fine and the dentist will just temporarily re-cement your temporary crown until the permanent one comes in from the lab.
