Veneer over a baby tooth

Veneer over a baby tooth and its fallen out :
4 years ago my dentist gave me 20 veneers .. What I didn't know and wasn't told is that my Lateral tooth was a baby tooth..

Now my baby tooth has fallen out .. along with my veneer. Now I have no tooth and don't know what to do? I can't wait for my adult tooth to come though as I am a model. I need a tooth ASAP.

Do I need an Implant? and do I need surgery to remove my tooth from my gum before doing that?? Help :(

Get immediate implant

please get your root removed - get an implant with temporary crown on that surgery day. Later get a ceramic crown on it.
