I went to ww.identalfy.com and the site has amazing technology "smart technology" which allowed me to essentially self diagnose my dental implant treatment options.

After I completed the Smile Evaluation, it then directed me to a provider who offered FREE DENTAL IMPLANTS if I agreed to commit to the restoration phase of the dental plan. I agreed to pay for the dentures and they didn't charge me for the dental implants. Unbelievably cheap and awsome quality!!

I didn't believe it but couldn't afford not to look into it. I previously had a treatment plan for 12k on the cheap after negotiating for some time with another provider. I went for a consultation with one of the providers of identalfy.com and accepted the same treatment plan for $5300 complete with full custom denture and 4 implants.

I checked out identalfy and used the smile makeover system then contacted one of the Dentists they suggested.
They were much cheaper than the other treatment plans i checked into and were able to get me the financing i needed.

Now I am waiting for my implants to heal and can't wait until I get to see my pernament new smile.
